LEGION Simulator API Help

Installing the API

  1. Run the installer.
  2. The default install location is C:\Program Files\Bentley\LEGION 2023\LEGION Simulator API.
    1. To build examples in this folder, Visual Studio must run with administrator privileges;
    2. To avoid the need for privilege escalation, change the install path to something outside the Program Files folder.
  3. You can choose to add a desktop shortcut to the API's installation folder.
  4. Required: Accept the licence terms to install the API.
